One of the UK’s biggest providers of education services for young people and adults with SEND has acquired the group.
The acquisition of Blenheim will be the first step for Outcomes First Group鈥檚 (OFG) expansion into mainstream independent education, .
OFG has acquired Blenheim 鈥 made up of four UK independent schools and a school in Saudi Arabia 鈥 from , which retains its primaries and one all-through school under the Chatsworth brand.
Since 2019, Chatsworth has been owned by .
Through the acquisition, private-equity owned OFG will own four schools in the UK, including , , , and . , Saudi Arabia will be OFG鈥檚 first international school.

Anita Gleave, co-founder and CEO of Chatsworth Schools, will be joining Blenheim Schools alongside other members of the Chatsworth Schools central leadership team. She will support with Blenheim Schools鈥 international operations and new opportunities overseas.
Fred Knipe, who founded Chatsworth Schools with Ms Gleave in 2018, is staying on at Chatsworth.

A spokesperson for Chatsworth Schools added: “Having worked alongside Anita Gleave, founder of Chatsworth Schools, since the group was launched in 2018, Fred is honoured to take on the role of CEO.
“The appointment follows the transfer of ownership of four schools in the Chatsworth Schools family to Blenheim Schools. Blenheim Schools has become part of Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of specialist education in the UK. As part of this agreement, Anita Gleave has joined Outcomes First Group.
